Children's Ministries

Kingsview’s Children’s Ministry desires to be a tool through which GOD can bless the lives of children. We exist to help children understand and accept God’s love, learn basic Biblical truths and develop a relationship with God that reveals His love to other people.

Each Sunday the volunteers in Kingsview’s Children’s Ministry team provide a safe, fun, loving environment where God can make Himself known to all the children who attend.

At our 10:30am service the children sit with their families for the first part of Adult Worship where they benefit from the singing and announcements. After a “Children’s Moment” in the service, the children leave the service to attend their own Children’s Worship and classes. Children from age four through Grade five join together in the lower auditorium for a session of lively singing. When the four year-olds have been dismissed for their class, the older children remain for the telling of the story, in the form of a skit or puppet presentation. Teachers and helpers then take the children of different grades to their classes for some small group learning and discussion of the day’s story. All of this is done with a spirit of love and a belief that each child is special in God’s eyes.

The children enjoy special activities such as the Kick-Off Carnival in the Fall, our Christmas Party and Program in the winter, the End-of-Year Celebration in the Spring and Birthday Sundays each quarter.
