 Co-Pastor - Darrin Lindsay

Darrin Lindsay, originally from Sarnia, has been a part of our church since 1997. Having moved to Brampton, Darrin was directed to Kingsview FMC by former Bishop, Gary Walsh.

Since then Darrin has immersed himself in life at Kingsview. Undoubtedly his most significant action was taking Sharon Biggs, a daughter of the church, to be his wife in 2002.

On September 1, 2014, Pastor Darrin stepped into role of Co-Pastor, primarily responsible for Administrative, Missional and Vision Leadership.

He has prepared himself over the years through study, attaining his Master of Theological Studies in 1995 and ordination in 2013. Three pastors have mentored him, especially Rev. Howard Olver who retired from pastoring Kingsview in 2013 after 13 years of service.

Darrin is gifted in seeing the potential in everyone, considering it a joy to coach those that are hungry to grow spiritually, relationally and vocationally.

He says: “My heart is in the community, leading Christians to develop sensitivity to the issues facing people in multicultural neighbourhoods and creating structures to facilitate this kind of ministry. I believe that I have the expertise needed to help Kingview continue to reach their community, and go deeper in developing lasting relationships focused on Christian discipleship.”
